There are many things that can cause us emotional distress in day to day life; relationship problems, health concerns, employment, redundancy, financial worries, relocation, losses, unexpected change of circumstances and changing family dynamics to name but a few. Anything that you are struggling to deal with alone. Counselling may help set you back on the track to managing your feelings.
My counselling services also offers telephone and online sessions via Zoom. Online sessions are held from your own home, your car, any place of safety that is convenient and confidential for you. I can also offer you blended counselling, with some sessions online and some face to face, to suit you, depending on your location.
